SAHA COOKBOOK

A travelogue and cookbook from Greg malouf, a well-known Australian chef. The book is illustrated throughout with 320 pages of travel and food imagery along with more than 180 recipes and stories of the authors travels throughout the middle east. The project required art direction of food photography, design and layout. Clever use of middle eastern inspired patterns and motifs helped to give this book a special touch. A warm earthy colour palette works well as a back drop against the stunning photography.
